Following is the schedule I followed in the last 10 week series.  I will attempt to repeat the RAW food demos as closely as possible.  - Brenda Kent, Instructor


Week 1   Introduction; The Miraculous Self-Healing Body

           Demos:  green juice, broccoli salad with almond mayo, apple pie


Week 2   Overview; Let’s Get Started (Setting up your Kitchen & shopping)

           Demos:  Pie crust, Key Lime Pie, Apple sauce, Granola, Oats with apple juice


Week 3 (Jan.24/05)  Dead Food, Living Food

           Demos:  Grain Crisps (crackers), Chinese salad, Oriental dressing, Macaroon


Week 4   Cleansing; Food Show:  Choices, Variety

           Demos:  Pesto, Nut cheese, Celery soup, Sesame seed candy


Week 5   Fresh Air and Exercise; Healing for Life:  Weight Issues

           Demos:  Coleslaw with cashew mayo, Sauerkraut, Tabouli


Week 6   Water and Sunshine; Hallelujah Diet at Work & on the Road

           Demos:  Flax drink, Tomato soup, Spaghetti, Chili, Humus


Week 7   Stress and Rest; Healing for Life:  Fibromyalgia & Lupus

          Demos:  GardenBurger, Chunky tomato spread, Waldorf salad, Poppyseed dressing


Week 8   Emotions; Healing for Life:  Arthritis & Osteoporosis

           Demos:  Almond milk, Smoothies, Cheese cake, Taco meat, Nacho cheese, Salad


Week 9   Spiritual Foundation; Healing for Life:  Diabetes

           Demos:  Mock salmon, Carrot salad, Cabbage square salad, cookies


 Week 10   Summary; A Day on the Halleluiah Diet

            Demos:  Coconut date rolls, fudge, fruit cake
