Raw/Living Foods Class
Come,
relax and learn the theory and preparation of Raw Food
Cuisine. Learn how to prepare fresh organic (whenever
possible) raw foods that are beautiful, tempting and
delicious. You'll see how easy the recipes are to prepare
and learn why enzymes, minerals, and antioxidants that
have not been denatured thourgh cooking, are vitally
important for life and healing. Learn the difference
between raw and living foods, germination, sprouting,
dehydrating and how eating more raw foods can be a life
changing experience towards vibrant health for your body
and mind. Your taste buds will be begging for more!
I will discuss the importance of eating for pleasure
as well as for health. You will learn that you can lose
weight without counting carbs or counting calories and
definitely without consuming unwanted chemicals and
artificial additives.
This week you will learn how to make Almond Milk,
Juicing and Dehydrating.
Have been wondering if dehydrated foods are for you? Or
do you have a dehydrator but don't know how to use it?
Learn how to make use a dehydrator and enjoy wonderful,
delectable, dehydrated delights! (milk and cookies,
anyone?)
Why Juice? The juice of fresh fruits and vegetables is
the richest available food source of vitamins, minerals,
and enzymes. We can't always eat enough raw veggies to
nourish and detoxify our body's systems today. Juice
enables your body to easily assimilate the many valuable
nutrients found in food without compromising any nutrient
loss through poor digestion and fiber.
