includes: creamy “potato” salad, refreshing herb dip for veggies or
crackers, hearty summer corn and broccoli quiche, and sweet peach parfait.

helpful tips on how to stay on track. A raw food tour of the Co-op is also
included. Contact the SNFC for reservations.

Raw
Creative Recipes with Glorious Tomatoes
A Class by
VeRawnika Clay:
Tomatoes are at
the peak of the season! We will explore the different varieties, colors,
and flavors of the glorious tomato with some creative raw recipes. First, a
refreshing tomato-watermelon gazpacho will surprise your tastebuds. Next,
there will be a flavor burst in your mouth from the cherry
tomato-basil-mozzarella salad. A creamy gourmet tomato soup will follow
(surprise, no dairy). The tasty finale will be a hearty open-faced heirloom
tomato & cheese tart. A raw food tour of the Coop is included.
