February's Monthly Potluck will be held this Sunday, February 2 at 5pm near McKinley Park at Adair's house.
February 8 & 9 Special Weekend International Raw Food Weekend Workshop with an emphasis on how to create delicious International Foods (Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Thai) February 8, 9. (You may attend one or both days). Reserve now, to ensure your spot at this workshop.
I call attention to events posted this month, especially the Monday night series "Get Healthy & Stay Balanced." I have attended for 3 weeks and find the program excellent. If you show up a little early with a simple raw dish you'll find an impromptu potluck.
