Marinara Sauce

6 cups Roma Tomatoes peeled Chop in food processor then put in colander to drain
1/2 cup of finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp finely minced red onion
1 1/2 to 3 tsp crushed garlic (I put 3 in mine)
1 1/2 to 3 Tbsp minced fresh basil leaves (I put 3 in mine)
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh oregano (I put 2 1/2 in mine)
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Pinch of pepper
